Your Pubstay Premium valued guest membership enables you to receive a discount off the daily tariffs of Pubstay Pubs currently listed on pubstay.com.au as well as Food and Beverage offers made by each Pubstay Pub.
Pubstay Premium Membership can be obtained directly from Pubstay or from participating Pubstay properties, by paying the current membership fee which is $10.00 per annum inclusive of GST.
Membership purchased at one Pubstay Pub is valid for use across all Pubstay Pubs listed on Pubstay.com.au
The Pubstay property selling the membership, is acting only as an agent of Hospitality Analysts Pty Ltd ABN 28 143 256 491, trading as Pubstay and is not authorised to vary any of the terms, conditions or prices set out in these terms and conditions.
Pubstay pays to its agents a processing and handling fee on each Pubstay Premium membership.
Any questions or issues relating to your Pubstay Premium membership can only be addressed to membership@pubstay.com.au as our agents are not authorised to negotiate on our behalf.
Renewals will be offered to Pubstay Premium members for a term and fee applicable at the time of renewal.
Renewals will be offered by Pubstay central administration and be valid for use across all Pubstay Pubs listed on Pubstay.com.au
You must book via our Pubstay.com.au website direct deal option or directly with any Pubstay Pub to obtain the discounts they offer.
Discounts are applied to the full rate on the Pubstay Pub’s website. Does not apply to special rates Pub’s may be running and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or commissions. Where bookings are made through a third party, and this can include online reservations iewotif& booking.com, discounts will not apply.
The discounts and other offers are managed and issued by each individual Pubstay Pub and is NOT controlled by Pubstay.com.au. Offers can be varied or withdrawn at any time and without notice by the Pub offering the discount or other offers.
Excluding any errors or omissions, once a discounted offer is made to a Pubstay Premium member, it cannot be withdrawn or amended by the issuing Pub.
Your Pubstay Premium membership is linked to your email address and cannot be transferred or utilised by anyone other than the specified member.
Pubstay Premium members must hold a valid membership at the time of checking out of the Pubstay Pub to be entitled to any discounts offered by the Pubstay Pub.
Any prize you may win during our promotional offers, can only be redeemed by Pubstay Premium members with a valid membership at the time of check in to the Pub.
It is the responsibility of each individual Pubstay Premium member to maintain and update their email and mobile phone contact details.
By taking up Pubstay Premium membership, the member agrees to accept direct marketing offers to their nominated email address. Pubstay Premium members can optout of receiving the marketing offers at any time.
Your identity and contact details will not be shared with any third party, without your written consent.
The maximum and minimum benefit to being a Pubstay Premium member is determined by the frequency of usage, the Pubs utilised, season of staying and number of guests staying with the Pubstay Premium member. The exact benefit value cannot be determined at the time of taking out your Pubstay Premium membership. However, in good faith, Pubstay.com.au warrants that the benefit received will exceed the cost of membership.
If you believe you have not received value for your membership, please email membership@pubstay.com.au and we will address your concern.
If you cancel your Pubstay Premium membership any time after you first obtain a benefit or offer, there is no refund available to you. To cancel your membership, please email membership@pubstay.com.au and we will remove you from the membership database.
If you cancel your Pubstay Premium membership any time before you first obtain a benefit or offer, then a $7.50, including GST, processing fee will be applied. To cancel your membership, please email membership@pubstay.com.au and we will remove you from the membership database and arrange a refund to you.
The terms and conditions of your Pubstay Premium membership is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Laws remain applicable at all times during your membership period.
