THIS PUBSTAY GROUP HOSTING PARTNER SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) dated: September 18, 2025

Herein referred to as the “Hosting Partner”
BACKGROUND
A: Pubstay Group provides, on an opt OUT basis, a FREE listing of pub/hotel accommodation with an optional direct booking service operating as pubstay.com.au.
B: Pubstay Group has developed Pubstay Premium valued guest membership program attracting prospective guests to stay in pubs/hotels owned or managed by Hosting Partners.
C: Members of Pubstay Premium membership are entitled to receive a bonus and offers across participating Hosting Partners, as determined at the discretion of each Hosting Partner.
D: Hosting Partners can choose to participate, for the fee specified in section 3b, in the Pubstay Premium membership programs developed by Pubstay Group as the provider of accommodation services and guest bonus offers
E: Hosting Partners can choose to be the Top Spot Partner in their town or suburb, for the fee specified in Section 3c.
F: Where your venue does not have a website promoting your services and accommodation offering, Pubstay Group can provide a listing on Pubstay.com.au which includes your services and accommodation offering for a fee specified in section 3d.
G: Pubstay Group is aiming to be the pre eminent booking and referral site for direct accommodation sales for Host Partner pubs/hotels across New South Wales in the first instance then all states and territories across Australia.
H: Pubstay Group is aiming to have Pubstay Premium membership, the most desirable, value added incentive mechanism for current and prospective guests to book their accommodation needs with the Host Partners.
IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Pubstay Group and the Hosting Partner (individually the “Party” and collectively the “Parties” to this Agreement) agree as follows:
SERVICES PROVIDED
1. Pubstay Group hereby agrees to provide the Hosting Partner with the following services (the “Services”)
a. A listing on Pubstay.com.au detailing your contact details and accommodation offering.
b(1). Should the Hosting partner chooses to offer Pubstay Premium members with offers, then Commission & Booking Fee FREE reservations made on the Hosting Partners existing reservations system originating from Pubstay Group website, pubstay.com.au
b(2). Commission & Booking Fee FREE bookings made on the Hosting Partners existing booking system originating from Pubstay Group website, pubstay.com.au
b(3). Commission & Booking Fee FREE bookings made on the Pubstay Group website, pubstay.com.au, where the Hosting Partner does not have an existing booking or reservations system
c. To promote the Pubstay brand of participating Hosting Partners to generate direct bookings to the Hosting Partners accommodation facilities
d. To provide on – premise and in-room, laminated flyers to identify and promote the Pubstay brand to existing and prospective guests
e. The website pubstay.com.au operated by Pubstay Group provides a feedback mechanism from guests to communicate their positive and negative feedback from their stay. This communication is only between the guest and the Hosting Partner and is not made public.
f. To provide the Pubstay Group programs on a no lock-in basis, requiring only 7 days’ notice to be removed from participation in the programs.
g. Pubstay Group have developed both Android and Apple mobile apps for Pubstay.com.au, which means your venue will now feature on a mobile app dedicated to promoting accommodation services provided by pubs/hotels.
TERM OF AGREEMENT
2. The term of the Agreement (the “Term”) will begin on the date the Hosting Partner is provided it’s FREE listing on pubstay.com.au and will remain in full force and effective for 7 days and then automatically renew every 7 days until the Hosting Partner chooses to be removed from the program.
FEES
3a. The Hosting Partner will be provided a FREE of charge listing of your pub/hotel accommodation services on pubstay.com.au
3b. The Hosting Partner can choose to provide accommodation and food & beverage offers to PubStay Premium members for an annual fee, or part thereof, of $80.00 inclusive of GST.
3c. Subject to availability, the Hosting Partner can choose to be the TOP SPOT listing in their town/suburb for an annual fee, or part thereof, of $99.00 inclusive of GST
3d. Pubstay Group can provide your venue with a listing on Pubstay.com.au, that is setup as a website for your venue to include services and accommodation for an annual fee, or part thereof, of $55.00 inclusive of GST.
GOVERNING LAW
4. This Agreement will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales
